Join in the fun and festivities, as we celebrate 25 years since the July 1, 1999 merger of the Towns of Yaupon Beach & Long Beach into what is today known as the Town of Oak Island.

The 25th Anniversary Celebrations officially kick off on July 1 with the annual Beach Day, with several months worth of commemorative activities to follow.

Commemorative T-shirts & Challenge Coins

On Monday, June 1, commemorative 25th Anniversary T-Shirts ($25) & Challenge Coins ($10) will be available for purchase during the Beach Day activities in the Middleton Park Complex. 

After Beach Day, any remaining supplies will be available for purchase at the Recreation Center and / or the Pier House until gone.
